The Deafening Sound of Silent Tears
The Deafening Sound of Silent Tears is an incredibly moving and powerful story. It’s all about how God has provided for the work of Caring for Life ever since they came into being just over 20 years ago.
The work that this Charity do is incredible. I had the privilege of going to visit them in December last year as my Dad is life-long friends with the founder, Peter Parkinson.
They do exactly what they say, there care for you for life, or as long as you need it. They work with anyone who is vulnerable and needs their care. There main strap line is so simple and sums up the Charity so well: Sharing the love of Jesus.
Even if you have never heard of them or couldn’t care less about them I still suggest you read this book. If you go on the website you can e-mail and get a copy of the book. so please do. Above all else I think you will see how God has used so many ups and downs to affect the lives of so so many people through CFL’s work, and how many have come to Christ through them living out there strap line. It is a very powerful and uplifting story, and you see how God used just about every circumstance for His Glory.
